PRIVACY POLICY – CASA DI CONTI
CASA DI CONTI, a private legal entity registered with the CNPJ under no. 46,842,894/0001-68, headquartered in Cândido Mota/SP (“CASA DI CONTI”), is very concerned about your privacy and the personal data left by you (“User”) when using the various websites and services (“Platforms”) of CASA DI CONTI, with this Privacy Policy (“Policy”) serving to regulate, in a simple, transparent and objective manner, which data and information will be collected, as well as when they may be used.
This Policy applies to Pages related to any of CASA DI CONTI's brands, understood as all those listed on CASA DI CONTI's official website, at https://www.casadiconticom.br/, encompassing all its available products and platforms, as set out in Annex I.
Therefore, this Privacy Policy determines how personal data is processed when using our platforms. It should be noted that, depending on the case, specific policies may be developed to complement this policy, especially for specific platforms, such as the Digital CDC.
Our data policy operates under Brazilian legislation, especially the LGPD (Law No. 13,709/2018).
It is worth noting that CASA DI CONTI, regardless of legislation, has always valued the conscious and specific use of personal data, investing in the best technology practices and tools on the market.

Important definitions
- Controller: is the natural or legal person, under public or private law, responsible for decisions regarding the processing of personal data (art. 5, VI, LGPD).
- Personal data: is information that identifies or can make you identifiable (art. 5, I, LGPD).
- Sensitive personal data: is personal data about racial or ethnic origin, religious belief, political opinion, membership of a trade union or organization of a religious, philosophical or political nature, data relating to health or sexual life, genetic or biometric data, when linked to a natural person (art. 5, II, LGPD).
- Operator: is the natural or legal person, under public or private law, that processes personal data on behalf of the controller (art. 5, VII, LGPD).
- Treatment: is any operation carried out with personal data such as collection, production, reception, classification, use, access, reproduction, transmission, distribution, processing, archiving, storage, elimination, evaluation or control of information, modification, communication, transfer, dissemination or extraction (art. 5, X, LGPD)
- Holder: is the natural person to whom the personal data that are subject to processing refer (art. 5, V, LGPD).
PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED AND TYPES OF COLLECTION
CASA DI CONTI may collect the following types of personal data:
(i) provided directly by you,
(ii) automatically collected about you and/or
(iii) obtained from other sources:
With the following definitions:
- Data provided directly by you: This is information you actively enter on the Platform, such as your full name, telephone number, email address, address, date of birth, login and password, information about the use of our products/services, and contact forms. This also includes data related to your participation in promotions and contests, or any other data provided in order to perform an action.
- Automatically collected data: This is information automatically collected about you when you use the Platform, such as your IP address (with date and time), type of device used to access the Platform, type of browser used, location of your device, device identifier, clickstream, pages accessed, time of visit, and searches performed. Additionally, we may store telephone recordings between you and our team and/or any other data resulting from your interaction with us via our contact channels and/or social media.
- Data collected from other sources: If you use a social media account (such as Facebook) to create a profile or interact with the Platform, we will collect the personal data you provide when you link your social media account, including your name, email address, and friend list. We may also obtain information about you from other providers of products, services, websites, and applications, as well as information from publicly and commercially available sources (as permitted by law). Whenever we collect information about you from third parties, we will do our best to ensure that these third parties have permission to share such information with us and that our use of personal data complies with applicable personal data protection laws.
- Access and tracking data: When accessing our platforms, you will be registered anonymously through tools such as the Facebook pixel, thus allowing CASA DI CONTI to send specific sponsored advertisements based on this behavior, for the purposes described in this policy.
Data that you provide in responses to opinion and market research, or other types of research that you decide to participate in, organized and/or sponsored by/on behalf of CASA DI CONTI, may also be collected.

- As part of due diligence corporate and/or due diligence relating to the merger, acquisition, change of the company, we may disclose your personal data to the potential buyer, new service provider and respective advisors, to the extent necessary and appropriate to achieve the aforementioned purpose;
- In the event of corporate transactions, such as restructuring, mergers, or asset sales, your personal data may be transferred, provided the terms of this Policy are respected. The same may occur in cases of judicial reorganization or bankruptcy; and/or
- With your legally obtained consent, this is given voluntarily and without you suffering any adverse consequences from your decision to deny or revoke your consent.
You represent that aggregated and anonymized information may be freely shared.
INTERNATIONAL TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA
Given that many tools used to operate our Platforms and those through which your data will travel have their servers stored globally, your data may be transferred to countries outside the country.
For example, we use an email marketing tool located outside of the country, and we need to send you updates. Therefore, your email is stored outside the country, depending on the location of the software developer.
We may also subcontract the processing or share your personal data with third parties located in other countries for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
When we transfer your personal data to a country other than Brazil, we will ensure that this transfer complies with applicable regulations, in particular the LGPD, and is conducted in a manner that protects your personal data.
Therefore, we will only carry out the international transfer of your data if it is necessary and as most appropriate in one of the following cases: (i) to protect your life or physical safety or that of a third party; (ii) the national authority authorizes the transfer; (iii) with your authorization; (iv) to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation to which we are subject; (v) to duly execute the contract established with you; or (vi) for the regular exercise of rights.
PERSONAL DATA SECURITY
CASA DI CONTI uses various security technologies and practices to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, use or disclosure.
Your data is stored on servers and tools with limited access, under a strict access policy. When we transmit your data with certain personal information that requires greater attention due to its sensitivity, we further increase this access, storing it on servers and tools with proper encryption.
The personal data processed is stored for the purposes presented in this Policy, in accordance with the law, in, for example, contracted cloud services that may or may not be located in Brazil or physical files, which also meet appropriate information security standards such as:
- Establishment of strict control over access to data by defining the responsibilities of people who will have access and exclusive access privileges;
- Protection against unauthorized access using a double authentication mechanism for accessing data, passwords and keys; and
- Creation and maintenance of a detailed inventory of accesses containing the time, duration, identity of the person responsible for the access, and data accessed.
In addition to administrative, technical and physical measures to protect personal data against loss, theft, misuse, as well as against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction, we adopt specific policies and procedures for employees and/or third parties who have contact with the personal data listed here.
Any legally required disclosures regarding breaches of security, confidentiality or integrity of the data described in this Policy, notably personal data, will be notified to you through all CASA DI CONTI communication channels, notably when we need this contact or further information to restore the integrity of your personal data.
CASA DI CONTI, however, cannot fully guarantee that all information that travels through the platform and/or systems is free from unauthorized access resulting from criminal conduct.

END OF TREATMENT
CASA DI CONTI stores your personal data only for the time necessary to achieve the purposes presented here, observing the following criteria:
- We retain your personal data for as long as we have a relationship with you;
- We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation to which we are subject; and
- We retain your personal data where it is advisable to safeguard or improve the legal position of CASA DI CONTI and/or third parties (e.g. in connection with litigation, regulatory investigations).
Another option is to store your personal data, without containing your individualization, that is, anonymously, only for statistical and management purposes, always with a legitimate interest in doing so.
YOUR RIGHTS
You are the owner of your personal data, so you have rights regarding your data and how it is processed.
Your rights, in accordance with the LGPD and the specific legal basis adopted by the company to process your personal data, are:
- Possibility of confirming the existence of personal data processing and accessing them in a simple format
If you want to be sure whether or not we are processing your personal data, you have the right to question us and request, for example, access to the list of personal data we have in our database about you.
- Clear and complete statement with data origin, processing, criteria used and purposes of processing
If the information provided when exercising the above right is not sufficient, you may request further information about the processing of personal data carried out by us.
- Correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated personal data
If you identify that the data we hold about you is incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated, you can ask us to amend it. This is important so that your data is processed correctly to achieve the purposes of the various processing activities indicated here. For example, correcting your address may be essential for the correct delivery of a prize to you.
- Anonymization, blocking or deletion of personal data
If you wish us to stop processing your personal data because you believe it is being processed excessively or in violation of the law, you may contact us. We will then evaluate the justification for your request and the technical feasibility of fulfilling it. You may also request the deletion of personal data processed with your consent, provided there is no other legitimate purpose for its retention, such as the existence of a legal or regulatory obligation to be met by CASA DI CONTI.

CUSTOMER SERVICE
This Privacy Policy also applies to the Customer Service (SAC) provided by CASA DI CONTI, also observing the provisions below.
The SAC is a channel that aims to enable consumers to ask questions, make suggestions, obtain information, receive customer complaints and resolve problems related to CASA DI CONTI and/or its products.
To use the SAC, CASA DI CONTI will process the following personal data:
1. Name, CPF – to identify the person requesting the service
2. Email and phone – we will contact you
Your data will be processed by CASA DI CONTI and authorized third parties, which also implement security measures and undertake confidentiality and data protection obligations.
