With roots in Cândido Mota/SP, the Conte family started Casa Di Conti in 1947, manufacturing different types of drinks. In the following decades, it gained national recognition with the production of aromatized wines – Contini vermouths. With the change in location and the expansion of its manufacturing structure, at the end of the 80s, Contini vermouth became the sales leader in the segment in Brazil, with 32% of market share, a position it still holds today.

Conti Brewery was founded in 2001, with the production of Conti Bier. Today, eight beers add value to the company: Conti Bier, Conti Malzbier, Samba, 1500 Puro Malte, Almada Puro Malte, Moinho Real Puro Malte, Burguesa and Conti Zero Grau. Not to mention Chopp Conti, available in light and dark versions.

In 2011, Casa Di Conti further expanded its product mix and launched Conti Cola – comprising the Conti Soft Drinks line, along with Guaraná, Orange, Lemon, Grape and Tutti Frutti flavors, some including the sugar-free version. To accompany the launches, in 2014 it was the turn of the Big Power energy drink, with an exclusive formula that carries the same quality present in all the company's other products.

SUSTAINABILITY

The company's commitment to sustainability extends to all its actions. This alignment is achieved through policies aimed at sustainable initiatives, with investments and development programs that prioritize the Environment, such as:

  • Identification of all packaging with recycling instructions, encouraging selective collection with symbols and texts on product labels;
  • Provision of Voluntary Delivery Points (PDVs) for the collection of recyclable materials, located at strategic points in the region where the company is located, such as supermarket and school parking lots;
  • Separation of recyclable materials (such as paper, cardboard, plastics and metals) used by the company, sending them to recycling cooperatives, emphasizing social issues;
  • Constant evaluations of processes to reduce the amount of natural resources used, in addition to seeking to reuse them (such as water reuse);
  • Noble destination for carbon dioxide: all carbon dioxide generated by the beer fermentation process is used in the production of beverages and the surplus is destined for industrial customers of this product;
  • Organic waste is intended for use in external processes, such as yeast, which is reprocessed and used for human and animal nutrition. Examples: animal feed with malt bagasse from the beer production process and soil enrichment with residual ash from boiler combustion;
  • We carry out Industrial Effluent Treatment, through our own modern plant, which treats our effluents in a conscious manner, returning superior quality water to the receiving body of water;
  • Environmental education and awareness of the internal team and society, being an active participant in specific committees;
  • Compliance with the National Reverse Logistics Policy, with sectoral partnerships and agreements, engagement and constant updating on relevant matters.
